Shipping Policy
We really hope you love your items from cottage by me as this is so important to
us but if for any reason you are unsure with the items you have received we are here to help. Please contact us directly via email within 7 days of receiving your
item –
Requests made after 7 days will not be processed.
We will be happy to offer a refund or exchange for the purchase price excluding
the original delivery cost. All items must be returned in perfect original condition
with original packaging. You are required to return the item to us and pay for the
postage. Once the item has been returned and received the refund will be
processed.
Please ensure your returned item includes your name and address when
returning to us.
As most items sold on cottage by me are handmade please allow 2 weeks for the
item to be despatched. If the item you have ordered is for a special occasion
please email me directly as so
