656 AGM and Annual Reunion

AGM-Saturday 17th October 26 will be held at the

Cadet Training Centre

Frimley Park

Camberley GU16 7HD..

The menu for dinner will consist of the following:

Balsamic Glaze, Red Onion Chutney,
Micro Cress, Bread Roll

There will be wine and port for the toasts included in the superb price of £50 a head. I am in the process of trying to get some accommodation there which will be around £12 a night, but as I’m sure you can guess by the price, is fairly basic and will require users to make and strip their beds and place used bedding in a pre-set location. If people would like to have this accommodation, please let me know.

Timings are to be confirmed closer to the date, but the intention is to hold the AGM before dinner. The bar is a cash-less bar (card only), but the drinks are at mess prices.

Additionally to the AGM, LCpl Simon Cockton was killed in a Gazelle during the Falklands campaign while serving with the Sqn and is laid to rest at a nearby church, if people would like to pay their respects, I will arrange a visit. Additionally, Bob is trying to arrange a visit to the museum at Farnborough.
